Expert Birth Consult

You have questions, I have answers! This session includes the expert advice from a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula of over a decade.  This meeting provides an opportunity for you to talk to me about anything that’s on your mind: Pregnancy, birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, newborn care etc.  I’m here to listen, provide information, share resources, referrals and tools. Includes one follow email, and printable handouts specific to your needs.

Birth Planning Session

Together we will create a birth plan that is tailored to your needs and reflects your vision for birth.  You’ll learn all of the labor and birth options that are available so you can take an active, educated, empowered role in creating a fulfilling birth experience. Receive evidence based birth education and tips to advocate for your preferences in the labor room.  Includes one email correspondence should you need further support.

1.5 hours $199

Breech Solutions

Having your baby in a head down position is typically optimal.  It increases your chances of an easier, smoother birth and reduces your risk of a cesarean. During our in-person session together, you’ll learn 12 safe, time tested baby-turning methods including Spinning Babies exercises, womb massage, Rebozo techniques, acupressure points, essential oils, yoga postures and more. Also included: Breech Babies Workbook and one email correspondence should you need further support.
